This wine presents fragrances of pears and citrus, with a structure both fresh and full rounded at the same time, offering a welcomed equilibrium between the thickness and the acidity. This selection pairs well with fish in white sauces, chickens in cream sauce, and hard crusted cheeses. To serve between 10 and 13 degrees celsius
