Article 1 : Field of application<\/h2>\n

These general sales conditions are applicable to any and all orders placed through correspondence on the CAVE D\u2019AZE website.
The client recognizes having taken into consideration and accepting all general sales terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

Article 2 : Order<\/h2>\n

LA CAVE D\u2019AZE pledges to accept any order done within the terms of the current sales terms and conditions.
Offers are only available until supply lasts
If sold out, LA CAVE D\u2019AZE will update the client on how long the wait would be for the desired product and will offer a replacement product. With the clients agreement, la CAVE D\u2019AZE will change the order, or will issue a refund for the unavailable product(s).

LA CAVE D\u2019AZE reserves the right to cancel any order, non conforming or unreliable, as well as any orders by clients with ongoing legal disputes.
Minimum of 12 boxes per order, each box contains 6 bottles with possibility to mix and match
Shipping to metropolitan france only<\/p>\n

Article 3 : Price<\/h2>\n

Our prices are in euros, with all taxes included in metropolitan France The indicate prices are net prices with shipping prices included.<\/p>\n

Article 4: Payment conditions<\/h2>\n
Payment can be made via check or by card. An invoice will be sent by LA CAVE D\u2019AZE to the client at their billing address.<\/p>\n

The wines remain property of LA CAVE D\u2019AZE until all invoices have been completely paid.
Payments by card will be processed through the PAYBOX system from Credit Agricole. The payment is immediately taken from the account.<\/p>\n

Article 5: Shipping<\/h2>\n

Wines are shipping in boxes of 6.
LE CAVE D\u2019AZE pledges to organize everything as to get orders out as quickly as possible.
The order is shipped to the address chosen by the client. It is important to add your phone number to be able to schedule the delivery.
It is the client\u2019s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon arrival and tell the driver if there are any damaged bottles.<\/p>\n

Article 6 : Return policy<\/h2>\n

In article L 121-20 of the \u201ccode de la consommation\u201d (consomation code) it is stated that the buyer disposes of a 7 day window to return any merchandise for either an exchange or a refund, without extra charges outside of shipping fees. Returns can be processed at LA CAVE D\u2019AZE – 513 rue basse – 71260 AZE. LA CAVE D\u2019AZE pledges to refund the client, minus the shipping fees, which remain his responsibility with a delay of 30 days after arrival of return product.<\/p>\n

Article 7: Personal Data<\/h2>\n

Creating an account on the LA CAVE D\u2019AZE website requires the client to communicate certain personal information. These are necessary to the fulfillment of the order and the inner workings of LA CAVE D\u2019AZE with their clients. Any information shared is within a secure server, kept confidential and are not used commercially by a third party.
Conforming with the General regulations of data protections utilized by the european parliament on april 14th, 2016, and with the informatics and liberties law of january 6th 1978 modified, the client disposes the right to modify and take back any and all information nominative concerning them.<\/p>\n

Article 8: Author\u2019s rights<\/h2>\n

Conforming with the french law n\u00b0 98-536 from july 1st, 1998 of the directive 96\/9\/CE from march 11th, 1996 concerning judicial protection of the databases composing the current website.
All data figuring on this website (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons) are protected by author\u2019s rights and can not, under any circumstances, be used in or on anything not owned by LA CAVE D\u2019AZE without direct permission.<\/p>\n

Article 9: Minor protection<\/h2>\n

Conforming to article L.3342-1 of the code for French Public Health that states that selling alcohol to a minor under 18 years old is illegal, the buyer recognizes that he is 18yrs or more when ordering.<\/p>\n

Article 10: Applicable law<\/h2>\n

The current contract is in the french language.
All clauses in the current terms and conditions, all transactions and buying operations handled on the CAVE D\u2019AZE website are governed by french law.
Any legal disputes that can not find an amicable solution will be up to the Tribunals of the social chair of LA CAVE D\u2019AZE.<\/p>\n
