White Wines

Depending on the process, they can age from 5 to 10 years. Our white wines should be consumed at a temperature between 11 and 13 degrees celsius. They are great apéritifs and will marry well with shellfish, fish, and white meats.

Wanting to offer an alternative to sulfites, this Macon-Village has been created with no added sulfites from the harvest to the bottling. We took great care during the entire process to protect it from the oxygen’s effects and the microorganisms that could alter it.

It isn’t protected like a classically processed wine, requiring more maintenance or surveillance.

Within its fragrance of ripe fruits you can distinguish notes of apricots, peaches, and a subtle touch of white flowers. The rich texture and beautiful complexity of this wine will seduce you!

To be consumed chilled and rather quickly once opened.
